Emmanuel's father Alan Moreno accepts the honor granted by the City of

Leadership in Israeli Society, a one-day seminar hosted by the
Emmanuel Moreno Foundation(see invitation here) - The
Emmanuel Moreno Foundation is hosting a one-day seminar to be held 3rd
of Tevet, 5772 (29th December 2011) at the Binyamei Hauma Conference
Hall in Jerusalem. The event will feature national figures and leaders
in their respective fields including Lt. General Moshe ("Bogie")
Ya'alon, Eli Alaluf, Col. (res) Lior Lotan, MK Avi Dichter, Major
General Ze'evi Farkash, MK Yuval Steinitz, Ofra Strauss and others. The
seminar will feature leadership issues in the area of education,

Magen David Adom to launch a national facility for the simulation
of earthquakes - Magen David Adom, the nation's first response
emergency service provider, is launching Israel's first facility to
simulate and prepare for major earthquakes. The flagship project will
be named in honor of Lt. Col. Emmanuel Moreno.
Netivot classroom in Emmanuel's honor - An American group of
donors has launched a new girl's school to be based in Netivot, with the
request to have a classroom named in Emmanuel's honor accepted by the
foundation.
